Mint Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:For Cake:1 ¾ cups water1 ¾ cups Dutch process cocoa powder, sifted4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped1 cup sour cream1 Tbsp vanilla extract2 tsp* extract1 ¾ cups unsalted butter, room temperature1 ¾ cups sugar¾ cup golden brown sugar, packed5 eggs3 cups all purpose flour2 ½ tsp baking soda1 tsp saltFor Frosting:½ cup unsalted butter2 Tbsp cocoa powder, sifted2.5 Tbsp milk1 1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted1 tsp vanilla extract


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F and butter and sugar a 9 x 13-inch pan. Whisk water, cocoa powder and chocolate over low heat until chocolate is melted. Allow to cool to room temperature. Combine sour cream, vanilla and peppermint extract and whisk into cooled chocolate mixture. Cream butter and sugars together until fluffy and pale. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add to butter mixture alternately with chocolate mixture. Scrape and spread into prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

2. While cake is cooling, prepare frosting. Heat butter, cocoa and milk together until smooth and shiny. Remove from heat and stir in icing sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth. Pour and spread over cake and allow to cool.

PETUA UNTUK KURUSKAN BADAN DAN KEMPISKAN PERUT

Dibawah ini ada beberapa cara untuk menurunkan berat badan yang berlebihan dan kempiskan perut.


1. Air limau nipis yang anda minum boleh menurunkan berat badan anda. Caranya: Sediakan dua biji limau nipis atau limau kasturi setiap hari, setelah itu perah airnya ke dalam gelas yang berisi dengan air sejuk, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Setelah itu bolehlah dijadikan air minuman setiap kali selepas anda makan tengahari dan makan malam. Cara ini boleh diikuti dengan senaman ringan. Amalkanlah meminumnya selama sebulan, berat badan anda akan beransur turun.


2. Ambil 3 sudu besar serbuk teh cina dan rendam dalam air. Tapis dan campurkan dengan air perahan limau nipis. Amalkan selalu meminumnya 2 kali sehari iaitu sebelum sarapan dan sebelum tidur.


3. Jika anda mengalami masalah berat badan, air asam jawa baik dijadikan minuman harian. Air asam jawa akan mengurangkan kadar lemak dalam badan anda. Caranya: Ambil sebuku asam jawa, ramas ke dalam air sebanyak segelas. Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk, anda jadikan minuman, selepas anda makan tengahari atau makan malam. Amalkan setiap hari, anda akan dapati tubuh anda akan bertambah segar dan langsing.


4. Selepas makan amalkan meminum Teh Hijau atau Teh Cina tambah dengan serbuk Kayu Manis dan Madu


5. Untuk mengelakkan badan menjadi gemuk selepas bersalin, cuba petua berikut :

• Ambil 5cm halia bara ( Halia Cina ), 10 biji lada hitam, 30 ekor ikan bilis.
• Tumbuk kesemua sehingga lumat.
• Perahkan air Limau Nipis.
• Dan makanlah bersama nasi panas waktu pagi dan malam, setiap hari sewaktu dalam pantang.

6. Mengurangkan buncit - Bagi lelaki yang mengalami masalah perut buncit, anda boleh mencuba petua ini iaitu ambil sedikit kapur makan dan sebiji limau purut yang telah di perah jusnya. Kapur dan limau tadi dicampur dan digaul hingga sebati. Amalkan sapu disekeliling perut sebelum masuk tidur biarkan kering sehingga pagi.


7. Mengempiskan Perut - Petua yang mudah dan kos yang murah. Anda perlu mengambil limau nipis yang telah dicampur dengan teh tanpa gula untuk tiap-tiap hari kemudian diminum. Amalkan meminum air ini dan insyaallah perut anda yang buncit akan menjadi kempis. Petua ini untuk orang yang tiada mengidap sebarang penyakit.


8. Kempiskan Perut Anda - Nak kempiskan perut senang aje, ambil air limau nipis dan campur dengan kapur sirih. Lumurkan atau sapu dekat perut, amalkan setiap malam. Insyaallah perut anda akan lebih menarik.

Even though BIG BANG is listed as his debut, TOP has been rapping since middle school under the name Tempo. He started doing gigs in underground clubs, sometimes with an older friend of his, NBK Gray. They never sign a label or released an album.

“Buckwild”, one of their songs was storming the internet in mp3 format. Unlike the rest of Big Bang, TOP hasn’t trained to be a singer. His only singing part so far is at the beginning of "She Can’t Get Enough".

He often gets sent on TV shows alone, either as a guest or MC. In August 2007, he started acting in the drama "I Am Sam". In summer 2007, he was also featured as an actor in Red Roc’s "Hello" MV.
